All of our intervention roles are integrated into the Learning Circles model. This model is structured as follows:
The existing competencies are situated per role in the PPP model. This indicates whether the competency for that specific role will focus on the product, procedure or process (people) of a given interaction.
The competencies that are offered to broaden a certain role belong to the core profile of one of the other four roles. In this way the five models are interconnected with each other.
