This course is designed for people who want to develop e-learning modules (usually for internal applications), while looking for an efficient methodology.

  • You are looking for an efficient methodology to adapt your training to a digital environment (whatever digital learning or e-tools you work with).
  • You would like to increase the efficiency and impact of learning and change processes through digital training modules.

Objectives

After attending this course you will be able to develop e-learning modules yourself according to a standardized approach.

Flipped programme


Programme

This skills training consist of 25% theory and explanation (presentation) and 75% hands-on exercises (application).

Day 1

  • We start from an overview of the methodology (ADDIE & SAM).
  • Then we go step by step through all the stages of the process.
  • EEach participant works on his or her own case.
  • Each phase starts with a brief explanation. Then everyone goes to work under the guidance of the trainer.After each stage, the results are compared and discussed.
  • The main emphasis during the exercises lies on the formulation of learning objectives and developing a script, ready for further elaboration. We use MS Word or MW PowerPoint as a tool.
  • Depending on the questions formulated at the intake, we will focus on the use of some development tools.
  • Finally, we will evaluate some existing e-learning modules on the basis of various quality criteria.

Afterwards

As a community member of Learning Circles:

  • you have access to the shared materials
  • you can contact your trainer for a free consultation

This training starts from and builds further on your practice, experience and learning.
In the training we create a constructive, interactive, self-driven, results-oriented and safe learning environment.

Our training has an interactive character with varied methods. We bring in short, convenient models of teaching and group dynamic skills and we constantly put theory into practice.

Participants are asked to bring a notebook or tablet.

1 intensive, but instructive day

500 Euros excl. VAT (price includes course materials and the training session)

extra cost: 60 Euros excl. VAT (lunch, coffee breaks and free use of a 23ha domain)

You can use the SME-portfolio (KMO-portefeuille is in aanvraag) and/or the learning fund
