You have a lot of experience, knowledge and expertise on a particular subject and want to share it with your colleagues. Even though you feel very strong on content, you find that you can still learn about transferring this knowledge. You’re not satisfied with one-way traffic, but are curious about ways you can enjoy an educational and interactive way to help the participants of your courses develop new knowledge and skills. In this training session, you will experience it first hand!

The course is aimed at anyone who transmits knowledge to colleagues. We aim for experts, trainers, speakers, presenters, teachers, etc.

  • You would like to strengthen your training skills and are looking for a personal approach.
  • You are looking for practical tools and tips, but also attach great importance to the way in which this knowledge and expertise is imparted.

Objectives & results

Objectives

  • You evolve from being an expert to being a coach.
  • You learn how to transfer your knowledge in an educational and interactive way and to a higher level.
  • You can effectively design and give your training in a way that really encourages learning and that meets the expectations of participants and the client.
  • You can convert the client’s expectations into concrete learning objectives and translate them into a programme that will train the right skills.
  • You learn how to cope with resistance through passion and ‘seducing’ people to learn.
  • People can actually do something with what they learned after the training session.
  • You can give constructive feedback that encourages learning even more.
  • The tips given are an incentive to personally grow and develop yourself.

The training session consists of 1 day.

In advance

  • Wim contacts you with a question on video.

During the training

We immediately check out the available tools and tips.
The course is based on your specific questions, needs and concrete cases.

Possible content might be:

  • Structure of a training session
  • Methods and techniques that facilitate group interaction
  • How to create a safe learning environment?
  • Proper use of teaching materials
  • Classroom management
  • Learning styles, …

Afterwards

As a community member of Learning Circles:

  • you have access to all shared materials
  • you can contact your trainer for a free consultation.

This training starts from and builds on your practice, experience and learning.
In the training we create a constructive, interactive, self-driven, results-oriented and safe learning environment.

Our training has an interactive character with varied methods. We bring in short, convenient models of teaching and group dynamic skills and we constantly put theory into practice. We do this in three ways:

  • To deepen: we want to strengthen managers, trainers and experts in their role
  • To widen: by experimenting with new roles, which are more appropriate to new ways of learning and encourage knowledge sharing
  • To connect: through relational dynamics

340 Euros excl. VAT (price includes all training materials and training session)

extra cost: 50 Euros excl. VAT (lunch, coffee breaks and free use of a 23ha domain)
